Staff is very professional. My appointment started right on time!

I had two crowns worked on. The Dentist and the Technician were excellent. They took the time to explain the complete process to me. They made me feel very at ease and made the process a good experience.

I love the dentist and hygienist at this location. They do a great job and they are honest. The young man was super friendly, but I do no think he understood how my insurance plan worked. He also did not schedule me for my next cleaning. I will need to give them a call. I had gone to Aspen Dental and it was a horrible experience. This is a great place for dental care.

One time my son waited 20 minutes and was never called back for his appt. Another time he was 15 minutes late and his appt was cancelled. He was rescheduled later that fay to not back up the appts, so he goes in later that day and waits over 15 minutes to be seen. SMH. If wait times are your concern, this is not the office for you. If friendly staff is what you want, you may want to consider elsewhere. One positive, once you are in the dental seat, the appt goes by rather quick and work is done efficiently.

I’m always pleased with the level of service received during my 6 month cleaning. I have pretty high expectations for service and it’s refreshing to come to this location and always receive a high level of care. I also appreciate having a hygienist who knows my history and doesn’t hesitate to make recommendations to ensure I maintain great oral hygiene for years to come.

Monarch schertz is awesome especially if your doing implants or
Restoration. The doctor and staff are awesome. I switched from monarch in Selma where it is a nightmare, this place is run the right way. And he wait is about 59 times less than Selma

I was very happy with the staff and doctor, very nice and very knowledgeable.

I have used this location for a couple of years and then my insurance had changed. I went back in for another reason and got to talking about insurance. The office manager Terry went way above and contacted my current insurance provider to see if they were in network. She got back to me by the end of the day and I am so happy to be back with Monarch Dental, Schertz, Tx. The dentist and staff are so helpful and amazing

is very clean and friendly atmosphere.
I have had nothing but good experiences there.. The staff is very personable (friendly) and professional... I recently went in for a filling and before that a crown after a root canal my Dentist did an excelent job.. The color of the crown matched my tooth and teeth perfectly as did the filling which was on a front tooth... I never wait long at all.😁

The staff is very professional and informative.

The bedside manners of the Doctors team is wonderful. They care. They assist you with your fears and they help calm you when needed.

The gentleness of the Doctor was amazing as I was scared to death. I am deathly afraid of needles especially in my mouth. He was as gentle as he could be and his calming technique helped to bring me to a good resting place.

The work was performed and I am doing well.

I would definitely recommend this location for your dental needs.

Dr. Thomas, Norma, Savannah & Terry made my 1st office visit with Monarch very pleasant. All team members were extremely knowledgeable & professional not as described with some of the reviews I read online. Honestly, I was expecting the worse due to these reviews; I was pleasantly surprised and have booked 2-more appointments based on my treatment plan. I am looking forward to my next visit.
