Had a great first experience with Dr Garza and the staff here. My insurance was trying to deny coverage even though it is in-network, but this office helped me make sure everything was sorted before doing any services. Dr Garza was very calm and nice. I think they are good people and it is a safe place to get work done. Just plan for 2-3 hours out of your day and you’ll be set.

Monarch did a wonderful job on my daughter’s braces. Everyone was very swimwear and professional. The Doctor was one of the nicest Doctors I’ve met. He was so understanding and sweet to my daughter. I was really pleased with our entire experience.

A big thanks to Dr Nagella and his dental tech who pulled 4 teeth for my kiddo. They did such a careful and sensitive job. We loved them both and are so thankful. We get great service at Monarch. I am thankful, grateful and humbled with how these three ladies run this office with integrity, kindness, appreciation to us patients, going beyond assisting explaining each patient the aspect of how the insurance companies procedures are at hand with every procedure done by this dental office either surgery, teeth cleaning, extractions etc. I want to say to the Owners, Partners and Management that these three ladies are truly an ASSET to this location. Neither one is under pressure, losing concentration yet attentive to all patients needs by phone or patients having scheduled appointments. Thank you for how gracious they run this office. I'm humbled to have met these ladies doing a fantastic performance to their abilities in what they do! My appointment visit was yesterday at 1:30pm.
