Very nice and helpful front desk folks. Doctor and technician explained everything thoroughly and were kind and gentle.

I absolutely love this place. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and was getting too embarrassed to start going back. Went in here and they have really taken time to help me get my teeth back in good shape. No judgment. Just good advice to keep my improvement going. I’m grateful to their front desk and hygienist who have been helping me each visit.

I loved going here. I just had my first appointment with them and I felt so welcomed and safe. Going to the dentist has always been a fear of mine but the staff and the team were so kind and patient. They educated me so much on oral hygiene in an informative but not degrading way. The hygienist, dental assistant, and the dentist talked to me and walked me through each step and explained everything in detail for me. They were empathetic towards my anxiety of all the different tools, and overall they made my experience way better than I could have ever asked for. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a safe and positive place to get dental work.

I have been comng to this monarch dental office on village Dr. for over 20 years. I have always had a good experience and wouldn't go anywhere else. The doctors and dental hygienist and office staff are very professional and very experienced and always there to help you.

During my cleaning, the hygienist kept coughing, and now I've been sick for a week. However, the cleaning itself was good.

Very delighted in my visit yesterday. Stephanie my (DA) was very nice and sweet. Explained everything that was going on, what to expect, very detailed and friendly. Dr was was very nice and reassuring in her movement and exam. See y'all soon.

Great place and good people

This was my first time here and literally had to wait 3 hours to just get a cleaning even when I had an appointment. I understand they were short staffed but then again you shouldn't schedule so many appointments then. The doctor was nice considering the circumstances. Dr. Sajini Chandran did an good job on my cleaning.

The onboarding process was straight forward and easy, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I was well informed of everything that would take place during my appt, including billing before any work was performed. The work I had done, was done quickly and thoroughly. Very happy with this location.

Daughter went in for wisdom teeth extraction and experience was wonderful. Staff was friendly and very attentive as well as Dr. Neeraj. (Only downside are office hours)

Staff friendly, dentists and assistants very polite and professional. My only issues is when you experience a billing issue the office manager doesn’t respond to left messages and the main number that you can call (on the bill) can’t help but only takes your payment. During an office visit i asked to speak to the office manager and was told that an e-mail was sent and she would get back to me. Still waiting
