Great staff, customer service was impeccable and everyone in the office staff to the dental hygienist is so great. Thank you to all the ladies for taking so great care of my mom.

The best experience in a while and they weren’t trying to get more money out of me. They were nice and explained everything. My new favorite dentist.

Dr. Richter Is the best!! I was so scared for my first root canal & he made sure I felt no pain whatsoever! He was gentle and caring! The staff Mayra and Stephanie were so great too, they made sure to put my nerves at ease through the entire procedure. Highly recommend

This is for sure a story of you can not go by reviews or word of mouth. A dentist rep outside of my network gave me such horror stories that every one from Monarch end up going to them after bad experience so with that I was super nervous but monarch on Culebra was in my dental plan. This office has the best receptionist super friendly, the dental hygienist are very nice and engaging, excellant bedside manor, gentle care. My dentist was very calming and gentle as well. I was embarrassed because i had neglected my teeth for years but they had no bad words and was very reassuring. They call and confirm appointment, reminders and even called to see if i wanted to come in days earlier. Im so happy i saw for myself. i highly recommend and they also have in house finance. Excellant experience for me .

Treatment part good ,the dentist & hygienist are good but I didn’t like the work receptionist.When I asked do I need to pay anything,she said no ,you are good to go & after sometime she called me & said I need pay some amount for my treatment which I didn’t like it,Cause I need to go back there again unnecessary to pay because of her fault

My experience with Monarch Dental was pleasant. The staff was very helpful during and after the procedure.

First time going to monarch dental I am very happy I did. Staff is very friendly made me feel comfortable kept asking if I was ok if I needed anything explained what I should and should not do after procedure was done. Doctor was very patient. I've recommended this facility to my friends.

All personnel was very courteous and professional.

I recently had an extraction done by Dr. Annaba and the procedure was quick and painless. He treated me with kindness and respect. I was in and out within an hour and a half. The staff was so accommodating and kind as well. I would trust using this office for any dental needs. I am happy I found them and they accepted my insurance to help me manage and care for my dental needs.

Switching to this dentist office has been a huge success. The entire staff from Dr. Richter to the front office staff have been so nice and informative about the entire process.

I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a dentist.

Had an appointment today for a routine cleaning , I signed in , was promptly greeted , front desk is very attentive , friendly and thorough , especially Aricelie who always personally sees that I'm well taken care of and billing is correct and completed before I leave .My hygienist Stephanie is so young but very knowledgeable , informative and explains every little procedure to the finest detail . So , yes , I'm very proud , pleased and satisfied of Monarch Dental !!

Had a great experience at the Monarch Dental office on Culebra Rd. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. From the dentist, dental hygienist, dental assistant and the front office staff.

My first time experience with Monarch Dental was excellent with the exception of the waiting time. I completed all new patient forms ahead of time, and arrived at my appointment 15 min earlier, and I still had to wait over 30 min to be seen.

The Dentist was so kind and patient with me! 😬
