This was my first visit at Monarch in Rowlett. Very friendly and warm staff! I was very well taken care of as soon as I walked through the door. I am so happy that I switched to this dentist office!

I recommend this dental clinic, we had a very good experience. The employees are very attentive, kind, and very helpful. The doctors are very professional and are good at their jobs. The service was fast and the doctors answered all of our questions. This place was amazing.

I've been a patient at the Rowlett location since 2022. All of the front office staff are knowledgeable, professional and personable. The hygenistists and doctors I've met so far seem very passionate about what they do and your oral healthcare. Also, the manager Norma is awesome. You can tell she cares about your case and your overall experience.

These guys are great. Very friendly and professional. Lan is one of the hygienists and she is a true artist at her work. Thank you, Lan!

I can't Thank Monarch Dental enough!! I broke a front tooth crown and after my initial visit, within 5 days I was all hooked up with a temporary. Thank you Norma for the support! Thank you Dr. Amina and her assistants for the diligent work to get me in and out!

The dentist, Dr. Amina, and her staff namely Nemia Dizon and Norma are very efficient, accomodating, and friendly. This makes my visit to Monarch Rowlett enjoyable and worthwhile. I would 100% recommend them to everyone, young and old. You won't regret visiting them and their Rowlett Monarch branch!

friendly staff did a great job with my cleaning and even gave me some good tips. It was embarrassing to go after so long but the anxiety wore off once they started making me feel comfortable. They didn’t shame me or make certain comments to embarrass me like other dentist office have. Glad to say i found my dental clinic!

I had a great experience at Monarch Dental In Rowlett today. Started with cheerful Sandra the receptionist. Keysha was the Assistant who kindly explained the details of today’s visit and introduced Dr Amina to me who was so kind and thoroughly gave me the details of my personal dental status. The Hygienist Sandra cared for my comfort during the procedures and was informative and encouraging. I felt well cared for throughout my entire visit.

I've been going to Monarch Dental in Rowlett for a number of years now. I recently had the first of my annual dental check up done. I continue to be very satisfied with the services rendered; check-in and check-out processes, X-rays, cleaning and examination by the dentist. The staff is caring and very professional.

Monarch Dental in Rowlett performed EXCELLENT work in the preparation of a scheduled lower front bridge which included a tooth removal and an install of a temporary bridge pending construction of permanent bridge by dental lab. Dental assistant aiding dentist including dentist were excellent!! Temporary bridge looks fabulous!! Returned to clinic approximately 1 hr later to give them a high five for a second time! Thank you Monarch Dental Rowlett. Total office staff with Norma being the overseer were nothing but amazing!

Dental hygienist, Lan always does an awesome job with thoroughly cleaning my teeth, and she offers helpful suggestions and tips to improve my brushing and flossing. First time here and everyone was SOOOOOO nice and friendly. The doctor is nice and so is the orthodontist. Reasonable prices and GREAT customer service. I’ve found my new dentist home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had my first visit. This facility has a warm and welcoming staff. Dr Amina was WONDERFUL! I’m not one to really “like” seeing a dentist, but I appreciated her professionalism and how well she explained my needed care and options.

The front office staff was very helpful with me. Sandra helped me get my insurance situation figured out and Norma patiently explained to me the diagnosis I received. Will be back!

This dental team is so helpful and friendly. Dr. Amina is knowledgeable. I will send my friends to this office. The team is very organized and they accept my insurance. They also offer oral surgery.

Great service. Sandra front desk was very accommodating in following up to schedule our wife and my first visit. The system was down on Friday and called back to let me know the status later that afternoon. She called me back Monday morning to set up our visit. Staff is very friendly, Dr. Ameen dentist and Lan, the hygienist, is very thorough in recommendations for treatment.
