Everyone in the office was super nice and helpful and Dr. Toler is best dentist out there. He is very compassionate and caring and I will be so sad if he ever retires!

Very happy with the service I was given by the staff. They worked with me to get my paperwork and insurance correct so I wouldn’t be overcharged. I now have a realistic and affordable plan to get my smile back on track! And with them having appointments on Saturdays it was easy to find time to make it in.
Dr. Tolar and his staff are the best. Other than being very professional and can answer anything you ask, they treat you with the most care and kindness. My grandson loves everyone there and we would highly recommend Dr. Tolar and his staff.

The office people were great an efficient
Monarch Dental is an awesome place to go, from the dentist to the hygienist to the office employees they all went out of their way to help out. They even offer a dental plan that really does save you money, I know I saved quite a bit. The dentist didn't just say let's pull the tooth out, he is going to save the tooth, I sure am thankful that I went there. I need to add that this office is on West County Rd. in Odessa TX

By far the best dentist in Odessa. Dr Toler and his staff are so friendly, helpful and informative. They do not judge or make you feel bad when you don’t have the best teeth, rather they provide instruction on how to improve your oral hygiene. I've been to many dentists in Odessa & Dr Toler is the only Dr that has taken the time to truly listened to my concerns and has respected my wishes for the types of medications he uses with me, where other dentists have used the exact medications I requested not be used immediately after telling them I do not respond well to certain medications. The doctor & hygienist are very pain conscious, fast and thorough. I truly appreciate this clinic and highly recommend them for all your dental needs.
