I just switched to this dentist office after my experience at Bliss down the road, so far it’s been a positive experience! Great staff and Dr. Zheng was professional and very knowledgeable!!!

I would gladly let Adriana "torture ' me again. She was the nicest and most informative person I have come across in the dentistry field including this office.

I had fractured a front tooth. I called and they got me in the next day. Dr. Chen is always so sweet.

This place is nice the people is real nice and the atmosphere is pleasant.

The receptionists were so friendly and were able to get us in the same day! Their fast appt time and evaluation lead to the discovery of a need for emergency oral surgery.
So thankful they got us in quickly. Probably saved us a lot of pain and medical complications.

Destiny and Julie and Dr. Zheng were awesome very helpful and professional explained what I needed to do very considereant they sure can use or deserve a raise 😀 for being top notch employee's

Hey ALL!!!! You know how when you lose a Dr, like they retire or move or whatever...so that's so me. I pray, for reals, for God to get me too the Dr I need. A Dr I can tell anything to. Any Dr. A GI, a PCP, a clinic to go to, just in case, a Dentist!! So, I've found mine, after many years of NOT taking proper care of my teeth & gums! Now, here I am, all this time & age. Putting one foot in front of the other. Again!

I had mixed feelings about my visit. After my inspection appointment I was told that my insurance would not be covered after this year, information that I think they could have told me when I asked them if I was covered. When I had my cleaning with “root planing and scaling” a procedure I had never had before and paid for before it started, I received what felt like a normal cleaning in 40 minutes (from what I have read about the procedure online I was lead to think that procedure could taken well over an hour to three, and that may use anesthetic). When I asked the front desk, they said I had had the right procedure. I’m concerned that the person cleaning my teeth did not read my chart because they asked to measure my gums (which has been done in the prior week). The other parts of my appointments were fine but I would have appreciated better communication and more clarity on the procedures I paid for.

My first impression they were running late about 30 minutes. My last surgery with a dental surgeon I was brought in on time it was out lickety-split, but this is Midland so you have to take that into your account and my last surgery was in Houston. The surgeon seemed nice, he is young. He left the stitches too long, they are hanging down in my mouth. I felt that could’ve been done better. DeeDee is phenomenal at her job and I leave her a 10 out of 5.The blonde lady that did my IV was rough and her bedside manner could be better! 2 out of 5. The dark haired woman that led me out after surgery could not have been sweeter and was amazing, rate her 10 out of 5. All in all it wasn’t too bad I had four teeth removed and I’m still recovering! Deedee and the dark haired lady need a raise! Whatever you’re paying them it isn’t enough. They are your A-Team.

Dentist is a amazing and patient with me as deaf patient. Her explain was clear about the issue of a tooth and crown.

I love the teamwork from front door to doctor and then checking out. People caring about people means everything!!!!
