At first there were some billing concerns with several codes billed in the first visit- cleared it up and worked with me on billing. I appreciate the double and triple checking with dental insurance companies. Dentist and hygienist are great! Manager is great!

The staff is so helpful , organized and efficient. The front desk staff answered my questions and because anxious and in pain they helped lessen my anxiety. The Dentist explained procedure and was amazing. The dental assistant was truly the best ast what she does. She also explains the procedure, calmed me because had tooth removed , made sure I was ok and was attentive. The dental office was very clean

Dr. Johnson, Karla the front desk/insurance coordinator, and Cynthia the dental assistant were all so kind. My mom has dental anxiety and has some health issues that make dental visits very tough. They took care of her and were gentle during her extraction. My mom and I were both very relieved and happy with the experience.

The best dental place ever! My toddler was comfortable, didn’t cry one time, was cooperative, and the staff made her visit fun. I didn’t see one person who didn’t enjoy their job. First time I ever visited a place where the employees enjoyed their job and showed care and concern. The smile on their faces showed and proved. From the moment I walked in they were extremely amazing. Came to get teeth pulled, and they were calming, sweet, and a funny group of people. You can tell by the atmosphere of the staff that this was a good place to come to.

Had an overall great experience with Monarch Dental. During my first appointment, I waited about 1 hr to get my initial x-rays because the system was down and it was an understaffed day. I can understand the delay, but I wish I had been told while I waited. Other than that, the staff was very polite and helpful. Dr. Johnson listened to and answered my questions patiently. Cynthia the assistant did a great job communicating her next steps and explaining what she needed me to do.

After visiting several dentist offices, my daughter finally found her home office! She loves the caring manners of the young lady in the front named Gracey! She literally held her hand and talked to her while she was getting shots in her mouth. While there was an initial shock reaction from the prick, the calming demeanor of Gracey made her forget the pain. We scheduled for more services and I even set up for my new patient appointment. Thanks Dr Johnson, Grace and Lionel, yall made it worth it!

I visited the Monarch Dental office on HWY 121 in McKinney for the first time today and everyone there was fantastic. Grace greeted me when I walked in the door and was very friendly and helpful. She explained my insurance coverage and costs very well. The dentist and assistants were all wonderful and provided fabulous service! I am very pleased with my experience.

This location was able to get me in for an emergency appointment. When I got to the office I realized they gave up their lunch break to fit me in. The whole staff was such a blessing making sure I was relieved of any pain I had the moment I walked in. Kindness at its best.
