They were very professional and courteous.

Dr. Brown is a sensative , thoughtful dentist. Her soft feminine voice is soothing and comforting in the dental process for those with anxiety. She is thorough, careful with tools and moves gently in the mouth . Her assistants are professional, sensative and concerned about patients comfort. This is the very best experience I have had in all years I have tried different dentists. I prefer her to any male dentist I have gone to.

Wonderful experience time and time again. Very clear and helpful with navigating insurance and co-pays.

The first time I've got a crown so well done/fitted that I didn't have to come back a few times to get it done right. Great customer service and great Dentist!

This office is so helpful. I am currently going through chemo and it is effecting my gums. They helped me through prescriptions to make this more tolerable and hints and suggestions to make life more tolerable.

Friendly, very professional, not pushy when it comes to a treatment plan. I already made another appointment to begin treatment. Looking forward to working with Monarch Dental for the foreseeable future.

Best experience I’ve ever had!
The last Dentist I went too (Stonehaven) said it would be $1,400 for my root canal and refused to let me get my tooth pulled and refused to give me any other options.
Monarch gave me hope that my one bad tooth is totally fixable and not $1,400

I love this Dentist office. Not many people say that about the Dentist but it's true. From the staff at the front desk to when you get in the back sitting in the chair they treat you like a family member and always have a smile when they greet you. They are the best in the business.

I have been coming here for awhile and all of the people who work here have always been exceptionally kind and extremely helpful. Usually I feel judged when I go to dentist but they continue to make me feel comfortable

Dr. Brown and staff including Courtney office manager and dental assistant Tahalia very kind to accommodate me and help give me treatment options considering time constraints. Not all dental complications have easy solutions but I felt I was treated very fairly and given clear communication on treatment options. Dental care was gentle and thorough. I recommend their office highly.

Monarch Dental does a really great job! From text reminders for your appointments to a cheerful and professional staff, my experience with them over the past years has been A+. I had a crown replaced and it was the best experience of any I have had. Gentle and caring. Professional and thorough. I have nothing to rate them down from 5 stars for!

All the staff are very friendly. I don't have to wait a long time before starting my appointment. Everyone is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions I have.

I was happy that they didn't make fun or bash me because of my teeth. I have never liked my smile or how my teeth looked. They treated me with respect and are willing to help me with my mouth.

I had my teeth cleaned and they had me out in less than 30 and the hygienist was very careful and pleasant.

Dr. Brown was so gentle and she listened to all my concerns and answered thoroughly without making me feel awkward. Tahlia helped me with my X-rays and she made sure I was okay and she made the process as fast as possible so that I don’t feel uncomfortable. Love the team here and all the prices are reasonable.
